About Me

Hi! I’m Christian Miller and I am ready to help your business implement Salesforce or Gainsight as your primary CRM Platform. I am passionate about utilizing CRM Software to optimize business processes and improve their overall efficiency.I am currently a 3x Salesforce Certified Administrator with approximately one year of hands-on experience in developer edition, NSPS, Sales Cloud, and trailhead sandboxes. I also hold a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certification with 1 year of experience using the Gainsight Platform. Developing a deep understanding of multiple CRM Platforms has greatly helped me understand how CRM’s operate and why they can be so incredibly beneficial to businesses that incorporate them effectively.Outside of CRM optimization, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. We frequently go on hikes, bike rides, and participate in recreational sports when the weather is right. Project: Talent Stacker Member TrackerClient: Talent StackerSummary: Working with a dynamic team of Salesforce Professionals, this project required the configuration and implementation of NPSP and Sales Cloud to support the Talent Stacker program in managing over 2,500 + members in their Salesforce career journeys.Roles & Responsibilities:->Led client sessions, gathering/prioritized requirements (user stories) and created solution documentation->Led Weekly sprint review meetings to review enhancements->Facilitated end user training documentation and workshops to ensure understanding and user adoption of customizations->Utilized email templates, alerts, validation rules, and flows to provide solutions for business needs.
