About Me

Hi, I’m Christian Miller. I specialize in Salesforce administration, CRM optimization, and process automation that help businesses operate more efficiently and scale more effectively.My background includes hands-on experience supporting and improving Salesforce environments through automation, workflow optimization, reporting, data management, and process improvement initiatives. I’ve worked extensively with Salesforce Flows, Sales Cloud, and CRM operations to streamline manual tasks, improve data accuracy, and create more efficient user experiences.In addition to Salesforce, I also hold a Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certification and have experience supporting customer success operations through the Gainsight platform. Project: Talent Stacker Member TrackerClient: Talent StackerSummary: Working with a dynamic team of Salesforce Professionals, this project required the configuration and implementation of NPSP and Sales Cloud to support the Talent Stacker program in managing over 2,500 + members in their Salesforce career journeys.Roles & Responsibilities:->Led client sessions, gathering/prioritized requirements (user stories) and created solution documentation->Led Weekly sprint review meetings to review enhancements->Facilitated end user training documentation and workshops to ensure understanding and user adoption of customizations->Utilized email templates, alerts, validation rules, and flows to provide solutions for business needs.
